Calling All Tender Hearts: How to Stay in Your Light When the World Feels Cruel

Today, during meditation, the Seraphim Angels came forward in a radiance so pure it felt like being wrapped in the heart of light itself.

Their message was clear and deeply beautiful and I share a recap of it below:

Stay in the high frequency of the angels.

There are many “tender hearts” on the Earth right now, and we are being called to:

• Listen to our hearts

• Be kind to ourselves

• Create lives filled with joy and love—even in the midst of chaos and cruelty

The Seraphim made this very clear:

The energy of the hurt and wounded—those who lash out in anger and cruelty—should not be entertained. Like a bully seeking to provoke, they thrive on drawing us into their lower vibration. Instead, we are to turn the other cheek, withdraw our energy, and move to our sacred ground.

It is there, in the sacred spaces we create, that our light joins with the light of other tender hearts. This is the energy that lifts the world.

We are not being asked to “battle” evil. That work belongs to others who are called to it.

If you are a tender-hearted being, it is not your battle.

The Coming Light

The Seraphim also revealed that a new light is approaching. The Earth is shedding her current construct, and soon we will physically witness a new side of her.

They showed me:

• Crystal caves within the Earth that will be revealed for the first time

• Crystals casting unique lights and reflections, affecting our energy systems

• A lifting of the veil, where the truth of who we are will be illuminated

• The rooting out of all darkness, leaving only the brilliance of high-vibrational light

These crystals are food for the soul, sustaining those who carry and cultivate higher frequencies.

We are like geodes, cracking open to reveal the beauty we’ve always held within.

The timing of these changes was not revealed. But the Seraphim’s call for this moment is simple and urgent:

Create a life you love—and live it now.

Do not wait for the new world to arrive before you embody the joy, beauty, and love that will shape it.
