#1 Soft Violet
This showed up in the autumn of 2021. You can use this color early 2022 to use for support.
Gemstone: Amethyst
#2 White Iridescence
It’s more of a subtle color that occurs throughout the year. Consider it as your guide…or path…to help keep you focused on what’s important.
The Iridescent path is about spiritual enlightenment. Your truth is that you have the capacity to love fully and be connected to Spirit. You don’t need to rely on others to give you this freedom or connection as it is in you.

#3 Very Peri
Pantone’s 2022 Color of the Year is Very Peri which is a 10 blue-violet per the Munsell notation (he calls it Purple-Blue.)
The Pantone Color closest in Pantone’s deck #2725. This can be difficult to find an exact match so look for
Per Pantone, We are living in transformative times. Very Peri is a symbol of the global zeitgeist of the moment and the transition we’re going through.
It’s a futuristic and intuitive color.

#4 Aqua Mist
You’ll start to see this color energetically in the Spring of 2022. Wearing it or using it will help support you during this time.
Aqua Mist represents your emotional well-being and clarity.
Blue-green is about spiritual seeking and truth which Aqua Mist is a part of.
In the autumn, you’ll start to see a clear blue-green or teal pop up energetically. Clear aqua and teal represent freedom, authenticity and inner peace.

#5 Sunny Yellow - The Dominant Color for 2022
Golden Wheat and Sunny Yellow will be the dominant colors starting mid-Spring throughout the year.
Yellow is about joy and happiness…and enlightenment. Along with iridescence, it is providing you lots of support as you follow the path towards your highest good.

#6 Coral
You’ll see this in combination with Yellow energetically this year. As far as forecasted trends, you’ll see bright orange in stores in Spring and Summer.
Yellow and orange represent joy, connection and happiness.
#7 Gold
Gold is a higher version of the color Yellow.
We are stepping into a Golden Age energetically towards the end of the year. It’ll be the year when many start stepping into becoming fully human.

A note About Pantone & CMG Forecasts
A quick note about Pantone and CMG’s forecasts. Pantone states it’s Color of the Year “selection process requires thoughtful consideration and trend analysis. To arrive at the selection each year, Pantone’s color experts at the Pantone Color Institute™ comb the world looking for new color influences.“
While I’m not an insider, I do know that they also work with their clients to see what colors they are using and selecting from Pantone. These clients include fashion, home furnishings, and industrial design, as well as product packaging and graphic design. Pantone does a great job at marketing and promoting their Color of the Year.
From an energetic and color psychology standpoint, I find the forecasts from CMG are a tad bit more relevant this year. CMG’s forecasts are completed in workshops of various design executives from various industries such as automotive, household goods, fashion and design.
Because they have a two-year window to produce new designs, when they collaborate together on the top colors, they end up creating a trend for the marketplace in 2 years. Energetically, they really nailed it as Yellow was a top color in the Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and Latin America regions.
